The older Muranos had issues with the CVT transmission. While they were mostly fixed by 2006, I still have my doubts about the transmission's long-term reliability.
The 99-05 A6 is a beautiful machine, but the cost to maintain either the 2.7T, 3.2 or 4.2 will make that old Jaguar seem like a bargain.
The Escape isn't a bad choice, it's just an older design. Coming from an Integra, the Escape's soft suspension is probably going to annoy you.
i dont want a new car... insurance will ruin me. Already a A4 2001 would cost me about $1700/year.
Ok so A6 out of the question... i can't even afford half of the cost of maintenance of the jag. I dont want to be stuck with a money pit.
