My SRS light was on when I bought my Integra 3 years ago. I was told that an after market steering wheel was put on at some point, then the stock was put back on before I bought the car. My mechanic tried to reset it with some sortof scanner but it didnt work. I talked to another mechanic and he said the light could be on due to when the stock wheel was put back on, sometimes the clock coil gets moved and that will do it. I havent tried what Josher had said, but if the mechanic cant reset it, would it maybe still work? I havent tried it because I really dont know what Im doing. Has anyone else heard of a clock coil when the steering wheel gets removed and put back on?
