Not only leasing, they have an agreement where Lexus holds the title of the car for the first 2 years, and you can build your own payment plan, but in the end you pay the full price of the car. After the 2 years, you own the car.

What they are trying to do is to avoid having these cars end up on eBay for a rediculous amount of money right out of the gate. Effectively keeping the price low (or you could say keeping it at the price they want to charge).
