so best buy is trying to build relationships but offering crappy deals on black friday?

I haven't seen one thing from any of the stores that would motivate me to get up early to buy something. I heard that stores in general have scaled back their overall stock to account for less sales so they can actually make a profit and not have excessive stock that they sit on.
