yeah because there was only one heavy weight girl. Technically the girl who lost got second place but she didn't go up to get her medal. At the time my wife was under the impression that she was just fighting the heavy weight girl as her first round match up...but instead they just gave the two of them their own little tournament (pretty much so the heavy weight girl could fight). My wife was happy that she won but disappointed she only got to go once.
