For the seats, custom rails and sliders were welded together.
For the motor, It came out of a friends Prelude(he is swapping a turbo h22), it is rebuilt completely rebuilt(see above post for upgrades) and has about 3k miles on the rebuilt motor. It cost me $4.5k plus add-ons
Strutbars- to be honest, i dont drive it hard often around corners, and I have that strut bar as well as the lower rear tie bar so long, i dont really remember how it drove before them...
aux... Im going to pursue the n/a approach for awhile, and if I change my mind, then maybe in a few years down the road, i will consider a high compression turbo setup....
