mask, but still paint carefully. Masking tape tends to let little droplets underneath. I masked when painting the kitchen and the line wasn't very clean. For the rest of the house i just edged by hand and it came out a lot better, but was very time consuming.
i always do corners by hand and have a rag handy, tape just cant get a crisp line like a good brush can
for trim that you cant see directly tape that shit and call it a day, especially for multiple coats
house is looking real nice, keep pushing along
