I was hoping my Mitchel OnDemand would have a better source of info, but it also just states "maximum 25Kohms" which angers me greatly.

I know for a fact though that the high resistance wires used are out of service spec if they are more than 4000kohms per foot at 68 degrees. If the resistance is lower than they are "good" as far as that test is concerned.
