that is what I am trying to figure out....it's hard with the cheapo ones. I like my Fluke cause it auto ranges etc. I would assume that is how it seems to be showing it's readings....in that is the case, your wires seem to be within range, though maybe a bit low.
are these OEM wires?
edit: I think it is reading 7500, 9500, 12500, 14,700
edit 2: Honda OEM wires are usually between 3-5kohms per foot straight out of the box.
