I had a similar problem with the sunroof on my integra and civics. They would stick and not want to open, but if I held the open button and gave it a little help then it would do ok. I thought it was the motor going out, but turns out, the tracks the sunroof slides on had dried out of thier grease. Just applied a coating of wd-40, let sit for bout 1 hr and I never had a problem.
