Of those listed, either relatively small percentage have (pool, hot tub, aquarium) or there's already an low energy push (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer). The only other one I see that could be useful is the PC and the best way to reduce that is to turn them off when not in use.
PCs run on pennies a month...why would you go for the lowest common denominator which will make nearly no impact overall.
Turn off pool pumps and heaters, they are non-neccesary items and litter Cali yards like crabs in a whorehouse. I remember back in the late 70s through the 80s they had to drain pools and spas due to the "water shortage" so why not have the same restrictions now if they are so worried about an energy crisis?
