that happened to me too...u hafta take off the middle panel thing CAREFULLY so you don't scratch it (i used a screwdriver to pry it)...pull out the stereo..get the seriel number...then take that number to the dealer and THEN they can look up the code from the serial number...it's a pain in the ass
