In - my work is managing to screw me everyway they can. I was promoted in April, the paperwork was submitted, and HR is so far behind they still have not raised my salary yet. I'm getting a mortgage, and work sent a letter to them saying that I've been promoted, but my salary has not been updated yet - and the bank said they won't give me the money until my salary is updated (which they said they would several weeks before). And this screws me because the contract for the lot has been signed and closes October 6th... so I've put a downpayment on the lot, building permit bought, lawyer needs to be paid for looking over contract, and bank is backing out because my HR is the slowest on the damn planet... day is awesome so far.
