For me, I'd probably play it for a couple of weeks and then go back to exclusively playing PVP.

I think Bungie really dropped the ball by regurgerating all the old maps with only 3 new maps. Like I said before, had these been all new maps w/ some new weapons, I would have bought it. I think they should have kept ODST and the Mythic Maps completely separate since they are totally different from eachother. They obviously did this intentionally to get more sales. I think ODST by itself would be another flop, just like Halo Wars.

I really hope I'm wrong about ODST. I'd love to have another game that I would play as much as I played H3. I just don't see that being the case. I'll probably buy ODST when I can get it cheap off of craigslist.

I see myself and a few other regulars I play with having a ball with this. Maybe not for as LONG as Halo 3, but I can almost guarantee we get our monies worth. I always enjoyed playing the co-op campaign with some friends.

I'm sure updates will come out in the next few months as well to extend the MP experience. And with as much time and enjoyment I get from H3, I don't have a problem spending more money on it. :dunno:
