I think what he did was tactless, but I don't see any reason for him to apologize aside from making the initial disruption.

Partisan politics has gotten way out of control over the last few months and at some point this shit needs to stop so that everyone will start sharing points of view and moving forward rather than the loads of in-fighting we have seen so far.
