I dont understand why the dems are making such a huge deal about this. Obviously this man has some serious concerns about this and as an elected official representing the people, voiced his concern, albeit, maybe not in the most respectful way. I think there needs to be more of these outbursts and havin our elected officials voice themselves and their people in a most direct manner, rather than sit back and quietly vote. Reminds me of something that would happen back in the revolution.. officials arguing amongst one another, hammering it out, calling out issues and challenging those in charge.

On a similar note, I dont think he needs to apologize anymore than he already has, and should not be prosecuted for his actions.
