This maybe a good thing. Disney's upcoming movies: TRON Legacy and Alice in Wonderland look very good and dark. With their deeper pockets and innovative eye, I think this may be a good move for Marvel seeing how their franchise with Xmen and Spiderman stories went down the shit hole.
