Yeah. If you are facing the seat (lookinmg to the rear of the car) the bolt is just a little to the left of the center belt.

then just reach your hand in between the top part and the "seat" part and pull up. kinda hard depending on how long it's been since it was last removed and I'm sure its been a while.

BTW what are you wanting to do once you remove the seat?
