Coupe or Sedan? Anyway, the difference between the two is that the Coupe has 2 less bolts holding the beam to the supports.

Anyway, remove the 4 10mm head bolts holding the under plastic splash shield in place. Remove the two plastic screw type bolts near the middle of that plastic splash shield. Remove the phillips screw from the under side of the fog light cover (Repeat for the other fog light cover). Pull fog light cover out. Using a long phillips screwdriver, loosen the phillips screw that holds the bumper lens inplace. The screw is held in by a platic colar so it will not fully be able to be removed. Pop the corner lens out (Repeat for the other side). Remove the 2 12mm headed bolts that hold the bumper beam in place though the slot left by the bumper lens. There is 1 bolt on each side for the Coupe, and 2 on each side for the Sedan Slide the bumper off the fender guides and off the car.

If you want to remove the bumoper cover from the beam you simple remove all the bolts along the top and bottom holding it on the beam. I believe there are 2 clips on the unsersides as well. You can't remove the bumper cover without removing the entire bumper beam as described above.
