he pulls the same shit with going out, he'll want everyone to hurry up and get to his place so we can hit the bar then we wait for an hour and a half at his place while he finds his cigarettes, rolls a blunt, smokes it, has a beer, talks to his parents, calls his gf ... its like wtf man this is all stuff you do before you tell us you're ready to go.
