He said 40-70 dollars, not 140-170. I'd recommend my Victorinox but it comes in at 160 but it's a great over the shoulder bag, holds up to a 17" laptop in a separate compartment, so you don't have to open the whole bag to get the laptop out. Has a front pouch that I keep the charging/power cord in and another pouch that I keep a 6' piece of cat5 in with earphones etc.
