Weta was the visual design studio, was ALMOST complete when the call from Microsoft came through to cancel everything due to some "unknown" reason that Microsoft didn't want to produce a movie.

I will believe a Halo movie when I am sitting in the theaters and either see the movie or see an official trailer.
