the interview yesterday webt pretty well. they said they had made an offer to someone with a lot of experience, but it didn't work out. they said they posted the job again and pulled my resume back out because they liked me. at the end they said they thought about it and wanted to get someone with a personality and who is enjoyable and personable, because they can't train that, but they can train me in tasks of the job.
