Driving school is typically for people who haven't received their license yet (mostly 15 year olds). Traffic school is for those who have received tickets and are taking classes to have the tickets removed from their record and/or reduce their insurance costs.
ahh.. i getcha.. yeah the course i described is for people who haven't got their license's yet (and it also reduces the insurance)
