Depends on how wide of a wheel you're going to run. It's a lot easier to just do the math instead of asking people for numbers. Usually for one wheel size there's a range of offsets that make sense.

EDIT: Incidentally, I've run 205/50/15 on a 15x7 +35 (might have been a +38...it was a while ago) in the past. They were flush enough with the fenders for me, but i don't care about that stuff at all.
