With 2.4 acres I would get the Cub tractor with 50" mowing deck because unlike the zero turns these can double as a general use tractor. With that kind of property you will eventually want a small utility trailer and maybe a tiller attachment down the road and the zero turns won't allow for that option.

Just something to think about.
