Lamb chops cooked in aluminum foil.... mother of god, it's good.

Lamb chop medallions (boneless)
Rub in some brown sugar
sprinkle with a little bit of creole seasoning
throw in some chopped white or yellow onions
put a lump of butter on top
wrap the whole shebang in 2 layers of aluminum foil and throw it in the fireplace while you get down in front of the fire h: Or just put it in the oven maybe 350 for 30 minutes.
