Infused Vodkas...
Anyone here make there own?
I made a pepper vodka a few years back. It was black pepper and hot peppers. It had waaaaaay too much black pepper flavor. It is ok in a bloody Mary if you add a little bit and cut it with regular vodka.
So I decided to try again today. I made 3 infused vodkas.
- Hot Pepper (2 types of dried chili peppers and 1 habenero)
- Date (Got the idea for this off of a TV show called Three Sheets)
- Basil
I figured a spicy, a sweet, and a savory would give me a lot to play around with when making drinks. They should be ready in 2 weeks or so. I will let you guys know how they turn out.
