Its in my elbow area. I was sitting on the bench and in the process of laying down with the 120lb dumbells to press, as I got to the horizontal position, the weight teetered backwards and I couldnt support it in time and it tore backwards. Its wierd because I picked it up immediately and repped it but it was the day after (and to this day) that it hurts like hell. I can thank Brain for this one...
