1) Turn Heater to Hot
2) Release radiator Cap
3) Drain fluid from bottom of radiator
4) Drain fluid from block (if you can get it off -- I skipped this step cause it was frozen on the block and I called the dealer and they said they never did it anyway)
5) Refill with 50 coolant 50% distilled water
6) Put back on radiator cap
---You're done.

You dont need to run the car and flush all of it out like that guy at the top said -- at least, according to Helms you dont.
But, that will work
