Yes a twin cammer is better suited to go all motor, but that's not what we have here. SOmetimes its just more fun and $$$ to do something different. I would consider building up my F22, just for the simple fact that I have put on almost every mile on the motor and know all the maintainence that has gone into it and would rather spend the money of a swap and get a motor that has maxed out its performance, just for the sake of saying my motor has maxed out.

Nobody thinks an F22/23 is gonna take out a comprably workd H22 or B-series, but it sure would be fun to try.

what r u saying? i know a guy running low low 13's in an Accord running all motor and its with an H22. you can strap on a turbo to a SOHC F23 and you wont run that low. it would take about 18 lbs of boost on the F23 to run low 13's. i myself am a huge fan of the F23 but when its comes to max power out of it it is nowhere near the H22. now if youre gonna spend $3000 on an accord and thats all youre gonna do then i would go turbo. but if you have deep pockets and dont care what you spend then go H22. i'm working on building an H22 to swap into my accord and i already have the turbo to my F23 so i get a new manifold and everything else bolts right up. it all depends on how much money you have/wanna spend and how fast you wanna be. i'll tell you right now that once you go fast you always wanna go faster. i wanted to stop with i/h/e. now i'm building an H22 to turbo
