this lady at the condo place he manages has a white door, it needs to be brown. they sent her letters and shit, she didn't do it. he went with a cop and all the paperwork to show the cop, the cop checked it out, said he can't. dad asked the cop to call his boss. the boss came down and my dad's lawyer and the boss said my dad could paint it. this was a year ago.

so my dad didn't paint it then, because the lady was home and he couldn't just climb up the building and do it. so they are painting all the buildings this year, so my dad waited for the lady to leave, went up the ladder and painted it.

well the lady pressed charges and my dad was cuffed and brought out of the house. 4th degree criminal mischief.

the same cop that my dad asked to get his boss is the one who arrested him. they sent the bench warrant or whatever to our old address (lived there ten years ago), but came to our current address to arrest him. my dad thinks the cop did it on purpose so he could come arrest him and cuff him and shit. they had to use two sets of cuffs because he can't bend his arms very well and he's pretty big
