Depression is a mental state. You got yourself in it, get yourself out of it. Try to be more positive. Don't over plan / think. Handle things one at a time.
Do whatever you can to help dig yourself out little by little. Things like vacations and drinking are a temporary escape because you return to reality eventually.
I've been trying dude... i've really been trying. I wont follow her advice but i need to start being happier cause this is killing me!
