some electrical work upstairs

new exterior doors (that was a bitch, house isnt square)

but really nothing major, the sanding of the floors was the most time consuming thing

oil base. it's got a longer dry time but it is more resistant to scratching and dries from bottom up where water based dries top down which can make you think its dry when its really not causing issues on the second or third coats
