:werd: i'm super busy trying to organize my big move and also trying to see all my local friends who i don't see often before i leave. I'm also fighting back and forth with ucla to see if they will give me enough loans to cover my stay out there and if they will offer my the graduate apartments they have.

I'm also trying to buy an investment property before i leave, everything is dirty cheap here in the hood, i got pre approved for 120,000 but i keep getting outbid.

other then that i've just been really busy, i was fighting with UC berkeley last month because they also accepted me into their graduate program but hardly offered any aid, and its too close to home so i chose ucla instead.
hopefully once i move i'll have more time to be on the board, maybe i'll be board out of my mind and and han will be the first thing i check in the morning and i'll start the morning threads.
