the last batch of movies, iron man, new hulk marvel did themselves. they took out a 500 million dollar loan to do iron man, hulk, captain america, thor, avengers. i believe the xmen, punisher, daredevil, electra, and spiderman movie rights are not owned by marvel until 2011/2012. i dont know who did wolverine.
