No its not take it from my experiance. Make sure you take your time, do not rush though it. My car swap went horrible the "Performance" Shop did a horrible job, and charged me double what they originally said. (My dumb ass went with it anyways)

If you want reverse lights make sure you do the Neutral safty switch right and not bypass it. I still have no Fucking reverse lights got one warning so far.

Since you have all the parts, I think the hardest or the most pain in the ass thing is the clutch pedel. I wish you luck on your swap.
