So here's the story. I hate the people that live below me. They are dirty and they have no respect for other people, which is clearly evident by there kids behavior. The past couple of nights i've heard the oldest of the kids discussing stealing bikes from people with 3 of his friends. Now usually i wouldn't care, but stealing bikes strikes a nerve with me. So i contacted my landlord to let her know what was going on and what i was going to do to nab the bastids. Apparently, someone broke into one of the cars over there and she knows it was them, but can't prove it. So she says whatever help i needs she'll help me and also she'll contact the local police dept to tip them off to what i'm doing.

So far I have a camcorder setup in the window to record there activities at night. I'm also trying to see what times they go out so that i can follow them to see where they are going.

Hopefully with enough sleuthing i can get the people below me evicted.
