Think you could ever kill someone? Sure there are different circumstances but lets say it was in self defense and you had control over it yet the person isnt dead...if you knew you could get away with it with the SD claim and you could kill this person who just assaulted you of a loved one, even though the danger is out of the equation, think you could kill that person? Self defense or protecting a loved one - - ultimately it's my life/my loved one or his. I choose my side.
Premeditated, yes as well, if that person REALLY deserved it.
