I'm ranting by quoting a news article? How is my post hate-based? My references to Wright, Ayers and Sotomayor are 100% accurate and have been proven by scholars far beyond my merit.
Ayers is a domestic terrorist. Wright is an anti-american racist, and Sotomayor is on record making numerous anti-white statements.
Fear of litigation does not justify ruling against the laws we already have. If my interest in having a supreme court justice with a track record for upholding the law is somehow classified as hatred, then fine... I must be full of hate... since I want equal rights for everybody (no matter what color they are).
