So I'm assuming you're giving it gas, blipping it, in the vid and the issue is that the idle falls low and "rebounds" to a higher idle after a moment?
If it's only when the A/C is on, it's either normal (experienced that myself in other cars) or an issue with the A/C pressure switch (may not be correct name) which tells the ECU to increase the idle (via IACV) when the A/C is on.
