ok i have the same issue as my 97 3.0 cl dies at random times sometimes while im driving it will all of a sudden shut off and then i restart it and it goes... at times it will shut off in my drive when i start it... i have no check engine light... battery has been replaced, alternator is good.. someone said to check the fuel sensor or something of that sort. My car died while driving a few times as well, culprit was the ignition switch.....took it to Acura and turns out there was a recall on that!!
