ITR wheels are 15" at least in this country. If you want 16's then buy some 16's. If you want to spend another $1000 on top of the cost of the ITR wheels just to fit them on your car be my guest but it seems like a big waste to me.
Now you have to add the cost of importing a 16" JDM ITR wheel to the US. Are you sure you want to pursue this path?
