Best I can do for you is the specs for a B17A. Intake is 0.15 - 0.19 mm (0.006 - 0.007 in); exhaust is 0.17 - 0.21 mm (0.007 - 0.008 in). Not sure if the specs are the same for all the VTEC motors but if anbody's got a '94-'01 Integra Helms manual they should be able to confirm the spec for the B18C.

Or you could go to *ghasp* a library and see if they have the Helms ya need.
