yeah you're right. I had my numbers backwards - for some reason I was thinking the paid down amount (10k less) was the purchase price (hence my previous comment). Where did you get the $1,250 figure though? Was that just a plug figure?
in one of his previous posts he said he paid $1,200 - $1,300 per month so I just averaged it.
