Well it has come down to removing all but the necessary vacuum lines and plugging them in one by one. I found a major leak in the dash where the HVAC controls are connected to the main vacuum system. I just plugged it up for now. I adjusted the valves as it needed to be done and adjusted the float in the auxilary fuel bowl, now the car is running worse under light throttle better under heavy throttle. The quest continues to fix this old thing haha
