at this point i don't think your problem has anything to do with air in the lines. lots of ceramic pads feel soft(compared to stock or metallic pads), even after a proper bedding in procedure. if things don't improve after the bedding in, it might be just something you have to get used to and live with. however, i suspect after the bedding it in, the pedal feel will improve
