well we got the high idle issue worked out. There were a couple lines disconnected which actually had no effect, but the kicker was that the choke was disconnected. On other vehicles I have worked on this has not been a problem but the little Honda wasn't a fan of this. There appears to be a large vacuum problem that I can't track down, but the timing also seems to be very far off. It is adjusted fully to one side. Moving it anywhere makes it run horribly. I'm going to change the timing belt and see what happens. So far it seems to be running ok, the exhaust smells pretty nasty though :10q:.
