Hey everyone, first post, I'm new on this forum. I picked up a "classic" Honda recently and decided to tear into it because it wasn't running right. I just rebuilt my carb on my 1983 Honda Accord and after I put the carb on, the car idles at 2K and runs rich. It also doesn't like to shut off, it seems to have no vacuum at all in the vacuum canister, one of the lines that comes off it is completely dead. Any gurus out there know where I can start with this? The internal vents are also stuck on hi/lo because of another vacuum issue, which may or may not be related to the current one. I have been replacing bad lines all over this thing already but can't figure this out. Any help is appreciated, she is my project for now, but I wouldn't mind a shove in the right direction.
