How coincidental. I was just about to Wiki the "Montauk Project" which conspiracy theorists say the government was experimenting with psychological warfare and exotic experiments (ie time travel) at Montauk Air Station in the 60's. Also home to one of the few remaining FPS-35 long range radars that haven't been torn down (non-op).
